Thanks for nice tips, But there is still a problem choosing right web hosting company. Like I can give you example. I was looking for web hosting and domain registration for my new website and I heard about godaddy on internet and also it ranked very well over internet. But my few friends suggest me not go for godaddy because they have very bad experience with go daddy.

I like this article, to many people choose a web host based on price and specs, rather than reliability. Sure 1TB of space for $2/month sounds nice, but not when your site is down half the time.
